What are the choices of accommodation available in Portugal? I have never stayed at 4- and 5-star hotels and pousadas, but I have stayed in some B&B, pensions, hostels and 2-/3-star hotels before. My experience is that the hostels in Portugal in general have high standard of quality. And, if you are travelling with some companions, it's economical to stay at hostels.
